Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Freshers: Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
- Experienced: Relevant experience in finance, banking, or sales will be an advantage.
- Skills: Good communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of financial products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing business.
- Should have acumen for Sales.
- Should have the ability to identify Sales Opportunities.
- Should be able to manage relationship with Customers / Branches.
- Achieve assigned targets
- The Sales Executive will work very closely with the Team Leader / Sales Manager / Branch.
- To source Business Asset Products from the Branch Customer base / HNW of the Branch / Open Market.
- Visiting the Allocated Branch on a daily basis and meet the Branch staff for the Lead generation and update the Lead tracker register on a daily basis.
- Responsible for conducting Events/Displays.
- Ensure all documents are checked in Originals, including KYC. Sign OSV on checking the originals only.
- Visit the customers residence / office to pick up the documents as per policy requirement and submit the file / application.
- Submission of Daily Sales report.
- Achieve the defined Targets.
- Responsible for collecting the Post disbursement documents.
- In Insta cases he will be responsible for conducting residence / office & KYC verification and submit the factual report.
