📋 Job Responsibilities:

Assist in provisioning telecom services like broadband, leased lines, MPLS, VPN, etc.

Use OSS/BSS tools for configuring and activating services

Coordinate with internal technical teams for service delivery

Ensure SLA compliance, monitor provisioning queues, and resolve configuration issues
-
Maintain detailed service records and documentation
-
Get trained on tools like Cramer, Remedy, Siebel, and network equipment (Cisco, Juniper)
