🔍 Job Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.

• Analyze financial data and trends to guide business decisions.

• Prepare financial models and scenario analysis.

• Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and management reporting.

• Create presentations for senior executives.

• Collaborate across teams to align financial plans and business goals.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / BBA / CA / CA Inter / CWA / CWA Inter

• Experience: 4–10 years in FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

• Preferred knowledge of PeopleSoft

• Strong communication, analytical skills, and business acumen

• Experience in the hospitality sector is an added advantage
