As an Order Management Specialist, you will:
- Process simple to complex orders and handle client inquiries accurately.
- Use analytical reasoning to make smart business decisions.
- Manage and validate client databases, order information, and payment terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain seamless order flow.
- Collaborate across teams to manage the order-to-cash process.
- Deliver outstanding customer support through email and chat communication.
