Job description
Contract Management Analyst / Senior Analyst / Lead / Category Management.
1. Agreements:
– Review, redline, and draft key documents such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), scope of services, change orders, and other contractual documents.
– Ensure the accuracy and completeness of contract language while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
– Handle expiration, renewal, and termination clauses efficiently.
2. Category-Specific Expertise:
– Manage contracts related to procurement software, including SaaS.
– Work on agreements for professional services.
– Handle HR-related contracts including staffing.
3. Procurement Knowledge:
– Extensive experience working with CLM systems, SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms for contract lifecycle and source-to-contract activities.
4. Contract Lifecycle Management:
– Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal/termination.
– Proactively track contract timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders to address contract-related queries or issues.
6. Added Advantage:
– Knowledge of source-to-contract processes and supplier negotiations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Minimum 6 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related role.
– Expertise in redlining and drafting contracts for categories such as MSA, SOW, Change orders, Expiration and Termination Contracts.
– Proficiency in CLM systems or SAP Ariba
– Strong understanding of MSA, SOW, scope of services, and change order processes.
– Ability to independently manage multiple contracts and priorities.
Work Environment:
– Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
– Work Mode: Mandatory 5 days of in-office work.
– Transportation: Cab provided.
