💼 Job Description & Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting via chat support for global clients.
• Resolve complex customer issues efficiently with professionalism.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and dynamic priorities.
• Prior exposure to advertising ecosystem (buy-side/sell-side platforms) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with empathy, ownership, and sincerity.
