✅ Investigate chargeback disputes using transaction history, system notes, and supporting data
✅ Detect and flag potential fraudulent activity using trend and pattern analysis
✅ Liaise with cross-functional teams to negotiate or escalate dispute resolutions
✅ Maintain strong communication with merchants to facilitate smooth dispute handling
✅ Stay informed about credit card regulations, policies, and dispute processes
🎓 Eligibility:
- Any Graduate
- Prior experience in chargeback analysis, fraud detection, or dispute handling is preferred
- Strong analytical & communication skills
