💼 Job Summary – AR Callers (US Healthcare)

HCLTech is hiring AR Callers with 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare (RCM/DME). The role involves customer service support, collections, eligibility verification, and prior authorization through inbound & outbound calls.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to insurance companies & customers for eligibility verification and missing information.

• Manage inbound calls ensuring first-point resolution of queries, complaints, and payments.

• Update patient & payer information accurately.

• Maintain compliance with US healthcare guidelines.

• Achieve performance targets & adhere to KPIs and SLAs.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any stream

• Experience: 1–4 years in International Voice Process (Healthcare/RCM/DME preferred)

• Strong verbal & written communication skills (Neutral Accent)

• Knowledge of US culture & compliance measures

• Excellent listening, problem-solving & multi-tasking skills

• Team player with adaptability to fast-paced environments
