Role: Analyst – Collections / Cash Applications
Experience: 1 – 5 Years (Minimum 2 years relevant experience mandatory)
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days)
Shift: Night Shifts only (No rotational or regular shifts)
🔍 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end Cash Collection activities

Account management across multiple revenue streams

Managing customer relationships and ensuring compliance

Interacting with internal teams for resolution and efficiency

Working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
✅ Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Degree mandatory (Minimum 15 years of education)

Strong experience in Collections, Cash Apps, OTC, Billing, Order Management

Minimum 2 years team handling experience (on paper)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Willing to work in US/UK night shifts

Must be comfortable with work from office (Navalur/Chennai)
