Job Description:
HCLTech is conducting a walk-in drive for the position of Customer Service Associate (Email/Chat Process) on 14th June in Gurgaon.
Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate

Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

Willingness to work in 24×7 shifts (rotational offs)
Job Responsibilities:

Provide customer service support via email/chat channels.

Resolve queries and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain internal databases, validate orders, verify payment terms.

Ensure process compliance and maintain documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams for order-to-cash processes.
