📝 Job Description:
Join HCLTech’s dynamic Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as an AR Caller (US Healthcare). You will be responsible for:

Managing denied claims and insurance AR calling

Collaborating with healthcare providers and insurance payers
-
Submitting appeals and resolving claim denials
-
Improving reimbursement rates and reducing claim denials
-
Providing regular reports and maintaining accurate documentation
✅ Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in AR Calling / Denial Management

Education: Any Graduate

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written English communication

Familiar with US healthcare system and RCM processes

Strong typing and multitasking ability

Neutral accent and understanding of US culture

High attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
