📝 Job Description:

Join HCLTech’s dynamic Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as an AR Caller (US Healthcare). You will be responsible for:

• Managing denied claims and insurance AR calling

• Collaborating with healthcare providers and insurance payers

• Submitting appeals and resolving claim denials

• Improving reimbursement rates and reducing claim denials

• Providing regular reports and maintaining accurate documentation

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in AR Calling / Denial Management

• Education: Any Graduate

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication

  • Familiar with US healthcare system and RCM processes

  • Strong typing and multitasking ability

  • Neutral accent and understanding of US culture

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

  • Customer-first mindset and team spirit
