💼 Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle collection of complex/high-profile accounts within defined SLAs.
• Implement service stops / remove stops as per process guidelines.
• Review UMCC and on-account payments.
• Identify potential write-offs and assist in clearing aged debts.
• Ensure timely dunning process and legal handover for non-payments.
• Support process improvements and system upgrades.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly debt recovery & cash targets.
• Adhere to compliance, strategy, and process excellence standards.

👤 Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 2 – 5 Years (OTC Collections – Voice) mandatory.
• Qualification: B.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Skills:
  • Excellent English communication (oral & written).
  • Strong negotiation & customer handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Analytical & problem-solving ability.
• Shifts: US Shift (Night shift – mandatory).
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners / up to 15 days only.
