✅ Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Procurement and Sourcing
- 2 to 15 years of experience in SCM roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Hands-on experience with leading ERP systems and Procurement tools
- Deep understanding of End-to-End Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Supplier Management
- Ability to conduct market research and cost analysis
- Familiar with contract law and legal terminologies
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies
- Manage RFx processes, supplier communications, and bid evaluations
- Conduct supplier negotiations and ensure cost optimization
- Handle contract creation, amendments, renewals, and compliance tracking
- Collaborate with Legal, Category Managers, and other stakeholders
- Analyze spend, supplier data, and market trends
