✔️ Experience: 2 – 5 Years (Mandatory)
✔️ Background: Finance (B.Com / MBA Finance preferred)

Manage collection of high-profile accounts as per defined strategy & SLAs

Ensure accountability for aged receivables, debt reduction, and cash target achievements

Handle dunning process, legal handovers, and potential write-offs
-
Review UMCC and on-account payments as per ICMP guidelines
-
Implement process improvements & system enhancements
-
Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and customer focus in all collection activities

Support new process implementations and help close technical knowledge gaps
