HCLTech is conducting a walk-in drive for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professionals across levels — from Senior Analyst to Associate Manager.
This role involves overseeing and optimizing global financial reporting, forecasting, and performance management functions.
🚀 Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize the Financial Reporting & Analysis function within the organization.

Ensure end-to-end process excellence across FP&A activities and multi-regional operations.

Continuously improve efficiency through automation, RPA, and AI integration.

Benchmark data, drive performance enhancements, and implement best practices.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.

Own and evolve FP&A policies and system enhancements.

Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team fostering continuous improvement.

Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and global divisions for seamless process alignment.

Design and manage global governance structures for FP&A processes.

Experience: 4 – 9 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

B.Com in any specialization.
