Process: Inbound Voice Process (No sales, upselling, or cross-selling)
Experience Required: 1+ years in Voice Process
Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational offs
Work Location: HCLTech, Noida Sector 144
Residence Requirement: Candidates must reside within 35 km of the office
Qualification: 12th pass minimum; graduation not required
