- Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate (except B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, and Law Graduates)
- Experience: Freshers preferred (Candidates with experience in US inbound calling in the banking domain will be a plus)
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Customer-centric attitude
- Ability to handle escalation and resolve issues

- Provide first call resolution and follow escalation processes when necessary
- Update escalation logs, complaint trackers, and other necessary documentation
