Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Payment Processing: Handle payment runs, verify payment details, and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, resolving any issues related to invoices or payments.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
