Job Role or Description
- Collaborate with Commercial Managers, procurement, legal, accounts payable, accounts receivable and all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage vendor invoicing, creation of requisition, and document management.
- Ensure payments to the Vendors are made on time
- Ensure all functions and processes are compliant with the Supplier Management Policy.
- Managing and participating in audit requirements.
- Creating management reports.
- Manage all escalations in a professional manner and ensure superior customer service to all stakeholders.
- Monitor feedback mechanisms for identifying areas of opportunity with all stakeholders.
- You will also actively work/participate on other miscellaneous activities and processes managed by the HCL.
