Job Desription/Skills Required
- • Research customer information from various internal and external sources (Google, Company Website, 10K reports, etc.) • Create detailed reports of research findings and recommendations with respect to the customers • Ability to analyze and interpret Software License Agreements and other agreements of the customer with VMware • Act as a critical contact for Engagement Managers with special requests of analysis, to enable key decision-making • Work with the Global Sales Operations groups to collect updated sales account lists for targeting strategy • Collaborate with Global RnA team on workflow and scheduling to ensure timely completion of deliverables • Prepare and maintain customer profiles in SharePoint • Consolidate month end close with respect to financial data and submit results to the management for further review. • Maintain dashboards and reports, including quarterly bookings and revenue summaries for the group • Set up and maintain playbook with updated processes
