Job Description/Skills Required
Minimum Requirements:
- Any Degree should be Mandatory.
- Work from Office.
- Flexible to work at night shifts.
- Work Location will be HCL Chennai.
Skill Set:
- Running compliance checks on all PR (Purchase requisition) incoming via ERP.
Create POs post successful compliance checks.
Ensure on time delivery of material to support production
Liaise with logistics team and forwarder to track delivery of the material - Should be able to contribute towards process improvements and implement cost saving procurement stratergies
- Deliver as per customer needs
- Review and monitor purchase requisitions
- Manage supplier communication
- Deal with invoice discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with strategic procurement
