- High levels of accuracy in transaction processing Ability to accurately comprehend the customer request while processing the account Deliver great clients and consumers service and seek to exceed client / consumer expectations. Adhere to all regulatory requirements within role responsibility and escalate issues quickly. Pro-actively identify risks and make recommendation to mitigate these Understand and adhere to specific regulatory obligations and company policies and procedures. Requirements – Candidate should be Graduate from any stream (Marks should be 55% or more than 55%) Good Typing Skills Exposure to MS Office (word, excel etc) Excellent attitude and demonstrate the willingness to learn. Good Communication skills in English Flexible to work in night shifts/extended hours/weekends.
