Job Role or Description
- Be responsible for Accounts Payable functions for a global clients F&A process at HCL Noida Will be independently handling all accounts payable activities for the assigned entity Be responsible for Invoice Processing, PO and NON PO Invoices, Reviewing and Verification of Invoices, GR IR Postings, and Travel & Employee Expenses Be responsible for the end to end Payment process including Automatic Payment Run, Manual Payments, Bank Postings and Clearings Be responsible for Vendor Management, Vendor Creations, Vendor Clearings and Vendor Reconciliations, Maintaining and proper Archival of Invoices/ Vendor Contract/ Agreements repository Be Responsible for Mailbox Management, Vendor and Customer queries, Follow up on Credit or Debit Balances on Vendor Accounts Be Responsible for Quality Check of Weekly Transactions Be responsible for Continuous Process Improvements Strict adherence to Activities TAT, Accuracy, KPIs and other SLAs Implement effective Internal Controls and Compliances with respect to all Financial Transactions Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management & Client Management SAP Experience
