Job Description/Skills Required

The cyber security testing and vulnerability management function is responsible for the scheduling and delivery of penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking and reporting across the entire organization.

The penetration tester will play a key role in the vulnerability management function to conduct penetration tests against internal business applications and systems and support developers and infrastructure teams in understanding and remediating identified weaknesses.

Responsibilities:

• Support with the preparation of penetration testing engagements such as scoping calls.
• Conduct qualitative penetration tests against business applications (Web, API, Mobile and bespoke desktop applications), networks, infrastructures (On premise, AWS and Azure), code reviews and design / architecture reviews.
• Conduct security assessments of Azure and AWS services implementations.
• Provide support to product, developers and infrastructure teams in order to understand and remediate vulnerabilities as well as support colleagues by sharing ideas and techniques.
• Provide high quality, well-written, clear and concise Penetration Test Reports to aid technical and non-technical audiences to communicate findings along with succinct remediation advice in English.
• Track the remediation progress of identified penetration test findings to enable vulnerability resolution.
