Roles & Responsibilities: 📋
𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬:
– Handle accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, vendor master management, and PO handling.
– Manage documents, invoices, and statements from suppliers.
– Ensure compliance of invoices and perform accuracy checks.
– Identify and implement process improvements for invoice posting.
– Address and resolve queries received through email.
𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬:
– Process cash at customer and invoice levels, perform bank reconciliation.
– Investigate unallocated/unidentified items and collaborate with stakeholders.
– Monitor overdue customer accounts and take appropriate actions.
– Consolidate billing data, address disputes, and manage credit policies.
– Prepare AR reports, daily cash posting reports, and master data reporting.
