📝 Job Description:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle inbound voice calls from US-based customers. Your goal is to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Ensure first call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines
- Maintain call logs, escalation records, and ensure data security
- Participate in team huddles, feedback sessions, and motivational activities
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Eligible: Any Graduate/Undergraduate (No Regular Students / No Law Graduates)
- Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with exposure to inbound voice process (preferably US/UK) are a plus
- Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in night shifts and dynamic environment
