Process– Voice Customer Support
Working days Any 5 days in a week
Job Description:
i. Complaint Management.
ii. Solving Customer queries.
iii. Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
iv. Maintaining quality standards.
v. Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set
vi. Ensuring data security – proprietary data of customers
vii. Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards
