Job Description:
- Invoice Processing: Handle the processing of invoices efficiently.
- Vendor Master Management: Maintain and update vendor master data.
- PO Handling: Manage purchase orders.
- Document Management: Receive invoices and other documents from suppliers, handle reminders, statements, and dunning letters.
- Compliance: Reject invoices back to suppliers if not compliant.
- Document Sorting: Sort, index, and scan documents.
- Workflow Management: Manage daily invoice/document flows according to internal service levels.
- Process Documentation: Identify, document, and deliver key business processes and procedures.
- Accuracy Check: Perform accuracy checks for PO/Direct and NO/Indirect postings to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest process improvements and standardizations for PO/Direct and NO/Indirect invoice posting processes.
