Job Profile:Be part of the FP&A team for a global client’s F&A process at HCL Noida.Produce monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, variance reporting, and detailed explanations/commentaries of key business drivers.Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Perform drill-downs in financial data, data mining, and business intelligence.Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.Understand and present key business drivers.
Prepare ad hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems.
Required Profile/Experience: 7-12 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting role.Experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting.Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting experience.Advanced Excel, PowerPoint knowledge, and working experience are mandatory.Good knowledge and working experience on SAP are mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with Power BI is preferred.Candidates from the manufacturing industry will have an added advantage.If you are interested, please mail your resume to anku.jain@hcl.com.
