Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Test the operation and tweak the design of existing financial controls
- Maintain and cultivate a master inventory of our businesses policies, practices and processes
- Create new policies/processes as per requirement do control testing timely to ensure adequate financial controls
- Periodically analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of the control system in place to mitigate risk and promote the control culture of the organization
- Make recommendations to financial management about software, policies and audit triggers
- Create and update internal audit plan and conduct audit to ensure adequate financial controls
- Improve after sale service area by initiating improvements to the financial control and auditing process
- Assisting and managing IFC audit as a part of Statutory audit
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of Indian Accounting standards
- Knowledge of Statutory Audit
- Knowledge of treasury operations, knowledge of accounting
- Knowledge of SAP /IT Infrastructure
