Roles and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Process- Oversee the onboarding process, including the completion of necessary documentation and the creation of employee identification (GID) records.
- Data Management and Record Keeping- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained, both in digital and physical formats.
- ESIC/UAN Registration- Facilitate the generation and management of ESIC and UAN numbers for employees, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
