💼 Job Role: District Manager (Associate Partner)
- Business Unit: EM Operations
- Education Qualification: Any Post Graduation
- Experience: 4–6 years in operations or related fields
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Planning & Coverage: Ensure maximum coverage of emergencies in the district through efficient resource planning and vehicle positioning.
- Strategic Operations: Align district operations with the strategic plans suggested by the RM and monitor operational costs.
- Staff Management: Manage a diverse team of EMTs, Pilots, OEs, FEs, and AOs, and hold monthly staff meetings.
- Brand Custodian: Protect the EMRI & 108 brands, ensuring compliance with brand standards across the district.
- Awareness Campaigns: Develop and execute awareness-building plans, including demonstrations, contact programs, and marketing activities.
- Hospital Relations: Establish MoUs with private hospitals and upload relevant data to the Hospital Relations portal.
- Fleet & Equipment Management: Oversee ambulance audits, ensure timely servicing and fuel optimization, and manage vendor relationships.
- Human Resource Support: Assist the HR team in recruiting frontline staff and coordinating training programs for EMTs and other personnel.
- District Representation: Represent the district in executive meetings and ensure smooth communication with key stakeholders such as the District Collector.
