The District Manager will be responsible for leading emergency operations at the district level, ensuring maximum emergency coverage, and handling a team of emergency medical technicians (EMTs), field executives (FEs), and operations executives (OEs). This role involves coordination with district-level authorities, stakeholders, and hospitals to maintain high operational standards.

Education: Any Postgraduate degree

Experience: 4–6+ years in operations, team management, or healthcare-related services

Must possess leadership qualities, excellent communication, and people management skills
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Efficient emergency response planning and vehicle deployment

Cost monitoring and operations control

Staff management and disciplinary oversight

Hospital and media interface

Strategic partnerships with private hospitals and local sponsors

Ensure high compliance with SOPs, training, audits, and ambulance operations

Organize awareness activities and marketing events

Coordinate recruitment with HR and ambulance training with EML

Regular interaction with district administration including the Collector

Monitor fuel usage, vehicle uptime, and vendor payment follow-ups
