Role Overview: Internal Audit Team at Groww
As part of the Internal Audit team, you will ensure compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and mitigate risks within the organization. This role is vital for professionals looking to make an impact in the fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Planning & Execution: Conduct risk-based audits, prepare audit plans, and perform process audits across functions.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and report on risk exposures while recommending strategies for risk mitigation.
- Internal Controls Improvement: Evaluate internal controls, suggest enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Experience: 2–5 years in internal audit, risk management, or compliance
- Skills Required: Strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, and experience with regulatory compliance.
