- Time: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Salary: Rs. 2.15 Lacs per annum (Take Home: Rs. 14,000 per month including PF, ESI & Gratuity)
- Shift: Regular Shift Timings – 9 AM – 6 PM
- No. of Vacancies: 10

- Role: Lease Abstraction
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Abstract key information from Lease Agreements and populate it into the client’s application software.
- Abstract critical data from multi-lingual lease documents and enter it into the Lease Abstract Form.
- Analyze lease data and financial information, including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), taxes, insurance, and other expense recoveries.
- Perform desktop audit/expense reconciliation/recovery analysis for CAM, taxes, and insurance, and present audit findings to the management team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Undergraduates in Arts, Science & Commerce (B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Sc, BBM, BBA) – 2024 pass-outs only
