Job Role or Description

• 1. Ensuring accurate master maintenance in Trading and ancillary systems. Monitor the systems are operational and members can connect seamlessly. 2. Maintenance of system Masters Timings, Members, Users, Branch etc. 3. Monitoring action for Pay-in and Margin shortages. Action on membership compliance like Base Minimum Capital, Interest free security deposit etc. 4. Solving members queries which are escalated by CSG. 5. All activities relating to members to be executed such as new user IDs, updating system masters, resetting passwords. 6. Adding new Futures and Options contracts in Trading system. 7. Broadcasting message on Trading terminal and password reset of trading terminal. 8. Updating Bhav copy and various SEBI reports on exchanges website. 9. Monitoring price bands and movement in international exchange. 10. Monitoring Algorithm /HFT guidelines Strategy approval, Order per second and Order Trade ratio monitoring. 11. Compile and send Hourly and Daily MIS report. 12. Accurately following daily checklist, operational policy and SOPs.
