- Job description:
- Fee Collection, Entry in the register, Maintaining MIS for fee collection
- Collect the fees, prepare the receipts, update the students fee receipt register and cash/cheque receipt register.
- Handling petty Cash
- All payments & maintaining details of all the payments and recording the same . Deducting TDS and maintaining challans.
- Disbursement of salaries to staff, payment of rent
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement
- All other accounts related work
- Proficient in M S Office (Excel & Word)
