Job Description/Skills Required
- Production of PRA and Fed Regulatory Capital computation/reporting:
- Calculating and analysing of daily regulatory capital requirement under Basel III rule sets with a particular focus on Credit Risk
- Investigation of issues and exceptions with various divisions of the firm
- Collation, analysis & delivery of quarterly/semi-annual return/COREP returns and internal monthly capital reports
- Submission of returns in an accurate & timely manner at varying frequencies, as stipulated by the regulator
- Ad-hoc requests from senior management, regulator and other teams
- Data quality review to identify areas of capital savings
- Cross divisional collaborate (Credit, Technology, Regulatory policy, Corporate treasury, Legal entity/Product controllers, etc.)
- Assist with reporting process changes following new regulatory reporting requirements
- Ensure application of a robust control environment by performing key checks and controls proving data completeness and consistency across and between outputs
