Job Description/Skills Required
- The purpose of this Job is primarily to support in all Fund raising and Banking activities based out of Hyderabad.
- Handling the funding requirements Liaison with Lenders, Bankers Submitting proposals, sanction, documentation, disbursement, loan compliances
- Investments, sale/ purchase/ execution of property transactions, settlement of transactions,
- Treasury and Banking relations day to day fund management
- Preparation of AOP and approval from Management
- Preparation and Submission of MIS to management
- Business Support
- Fund raising, Effective fund management without keeping the funds idle.
- Tax efficient and commercial benefitted transactions with vendors, contractors etc.,
- Income tax return compliance
- AOP and MIS to management
- Handing and undertaking all the fund raising and banking activities.
