GMR Airports Infrastructure, a prominent player in airport infrastructure development and operations, is currently looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) for the role of Manager – Finance & Accounts (F&A). Position: Manager – Finance & Accounts (F&A)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: Relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in infrastructure, aviation, or large-scale projects.
Job Purpose
- This position is responsible for taking care of overall F&A activities of Real Estate Project.
- Managing Books, managing Funds and prepare Fund reports, Banking management, Banks related matter, payment of taxes, ensuring compliance, coordinating with third parties, handling of Loans taken from banks and construction/sale/ purchase/ execution of property transactions and other works given on time to time.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintaining Books of accounts: Review and analyzing the accounts of Real Estate Project.
- Reconciliations: Ensure to reconcile Advances, Debtors, Bank accounts, Creditors, Investments, Secured Loans and Unsecured Loans etc.
- Lease Arrangements: Finalizing / renewing lease agreements. Ensure to Prepare and submitting the Rental Invoices to Group Companies/ Others
- Banking Transactions : Fund management, preparation of Fund reports
- Monitoring Loans/Borrowings: Coordinating with Bankers for getting the disbursements of Loans and monitoring all the loans
- Direct & Indirect Tax compliances: Ensure to make the Statutory Payments (TDS and GST). Provide data for statutory compliance and prepare the data to the notices received from the Dept. Take care for the real estate related compliances like RERA
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountants with experience in managing the F&A department with good knowledge on Tally, word, Excel and analytical knowledge on Finance and Accounting.
- Relevant and total years of Experience Total 8-10 Years of Post qualification experience in Construction and Real estate activities
