📝 Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently.

• Provide support for data collection and account recovery processes.

• Understand and follow client processes and policies.

• Reproduce customer issues and escalate bugs when required.

• Ensure excellent customer interaction and service delivery.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

✨ Qualifications Required

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (except Law / Diploma).

• Freshers can apply.

• Up to 3 years’ experience in a voice process.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Ability to speak, read, and understand Hindi.

• Good probing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational/weekend shifts.
