✅ Key Responsibilities:

Validate and process return requests (RMA)
-
Handle vendor/customer queries related to billing, invoicing, and returns
-
Resolve open issues in coordination with internal and partner systems
-
Ensure timely resolution within SLA/TAT
-
Manage email communication effectively and professionally
-
Generate insights and reports to support operational decisions
-
Work across tools like Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP (preferred)
-
Provide support on contracts, billing corrections, and partner-specific matters
🎯 Candidate Profile:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)

5+ years of experience in Vendor Management or Services Support

Strong command of English and professional email etiquette
Preferred Skills:

Diploma/PG in Supply Chain or Sourcing Management

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)

Strong problem-solving and planning skills

Ability to manage client interactions independently
