This role in Backend Operations involves crucial work within the healthcare sector, ensuring the smooth processing of claims and medical data. Here’s a glimpse of the responsibilities:
- Data Entry of personal, provider, and invoice information
- Validation of Claims and related details
- Identify and investigate duplicate claims, potential fraud, and overcharges
- Interpret hospital contracts and investigate policy messages
- Handle alerts related to members and providers
- Coordinate with multiple departments like HCS, TMT, and Triage
What We’re Looking For:
