Responsibilities:
- Making collection calls to customers and managing invoice requests.
- Identifying and resolving unidentified cash issues.
- Processing cash applications and ensuring Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) is completed accurately.
- Following up on disputes and working with various departments for resolution.
- Reconciling orders to match customer records, validating credits or debits, and managing collections or refunds.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation in Commerce
- Freshers are eligible
