Key Responsibilities

Collect delinquent payments from customers over phone

Make outbound & handle inbound calls

Email/fax invoices or send hard copies as requested

Reconcile orders and validate credits/debits

Follow up on disputes and coordinate with internal teams

Offer payment plans based on customer requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
