 Key Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent payments from customers over phone

• Make outbound & handle inbound calls

• Email/fax invoices or send hard copies as requested

• Reconcile orders and validate credits/debits

• Follow up on disputes and coordinate with internal teams

• Offer payment plans based on customer requirements

 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any stream except Law)

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Strong customer handling ability

• Neutral English accent

• Analytical & customer-centric approach

• Flexible to work weekends and rotational shifts
