- Review and moderate user-generated online content as per prescribed guidelines
- Provide accurate resolutions to maintain quality and compliance standards
- Identify patterns and escalate issues where required
- Deliver excellent customer service support
- Handle sensitive and egregious content (e.g., graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, hate speech) responsibly
- Work in 24/7 rotational shifts
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (except Law/Diploma)
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and flexibility to work in rotational shifts
