Role Overview:
As part of the Banking Backend Operations team, you’ll handle data processing, validation, and policy-related tasks for global banking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate customer and provider details, invoice info, and policy codes.
- Verify preauthorization requests and identify duplicate claims.
- Analyze alerts, interpret hospital contracts, and ensure compliance.
- Detect overcharges, ineligible claims, and potential fraud cases.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HCS, TMT, Triage) for case resolution.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all backend processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling tools.
