👤 Role & Responsibilities:

Review user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines

Provide high-quality resolutions while maintaining productivity standards

Identify trends and escalate sensitive issues as needed

Ensure compliance with platform policies and procedures

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Work in 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Handle sensitive or disturbing content, including violence or abuse, in a responsible manner

Graduates (except Law stream)

Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Previous experience in voice or non-voice BPO is a plus

Willing to work from office in Hyderabad

Comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts
