- Transaction/Non-Voice:
- Experience: Freshers welcome!
- Eligibility: Any graduate.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction (Non-Voice):
- Analyze and process complex data with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with the onshore team.
- Identify and raise trends for awareness.
- Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process PO/Non-PO invoices.
- Execute payment processing and invoice audits.
- Experience with SAP or other ERPs preferred.
- Record-to-Report:
- Perform reconciliations and month-end closings.
- Handle journal entries (standard & non-standard).
- Cash Applications/Collections:
- Post payments to customer accounts.
- Resolve unidentified cash receipts.
- Collect delinquent amounts or secure payment commitments.
