🧾 Job Responsibilities – R2R (Record to Report)
-
Maintain & update general ledger (GL), journal entries, and reconciliations.
-
Conduct periodic account reconciliations (bank, AP/AR).
-
Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
-
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
-
Perform variance analysis and provide insights into forecast vs actuals.
-
Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and analysis.
-
Prepare audit documentation and support external/internal audit activities.
🎓 Qualifications
✅ Minimum Requirements:
-
Graduate in B.Com, BBA, CA, CMA
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant R2R experience
-
Experience with ERP platforms (except Tally)
✅ Preferred:
-
Strong MS Excel & MS Office skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
SAP knowledge preferred
